Fragrances used are sourced for their highest quality, they are vegan friendly & cruelty free. Diffuser base is eco friendly, vegan friendly & cruelty free.
Reed Diffuser care
- Carefully remove the stopper from the glass bottle
- Place the reeds inside the bottle
- Place the diffuser bottle on a protective coaster to avoid no liquid spillage damages surfaces. Take special care that the reeds do not touch painted surfaces and other materials as this may cause staining.
- To get the most out of the reeds and to refresh the fragrance it is recommended to flip them after the first 24hrs and then weekly afterwards
- Wash hands after handling reeds
- Place away from direct heat as this can cause the fragrance to absorb quicker
- Keep out of the reach of pets and children and flammable objects
Flower Reeds
Please note flower reeds act differently to fibre reeds as they soak up the fragrance oil quicker. You will notice the flower will feel heavier as time goes on. The oil in the bottle will disappear but please be rest assured this is completely normal and as the flower reed absorbs the oil it will continue to scent your room.

- At Scented Moments™ our wax is poured in small batches with many of our items being made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed before being dispatched.
- During busier periods processing time may be increased. The most up to date processing times can be found in the announcement bar at the header of the home page.
- We offer Standard delivery - 2-4 days business working days or Express Delivery - 1-2 days business working days.
- Please note postal strikes may impact on your expected delivery times.
- We currently ship to UK Mainland. Due to the GPSR changes we are unable to sell or process any orders going to Northern Ireland. Orders received to Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded. We apologies for any inconveniences.
- Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
- We accept no responsibility for missing or stolen packages that show delivered to either the postal address or other place designated by our postage provider.
- Undelivered items left uncollected at the post office will be returned to us. If an item is requested to be resent full postage will be charged.

✰ Please read the safety label attached to your product before use to avoid any potential hazards.
✰ Please refer to the CLP label ingredients for allergy information
✰ Remove all packaging before placing the wax melt in your burner
✰ If using a traditional tea light burner, use an unscented standard 4 hour tea light candle. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
✰ Place your burner on a heat proof surface,
✰ Never overfill your burner with wax
✰ Never leave a burning flame unattended and keep away from
✰ keep out of reach of children and pets.
✰ Never add water or additional fragrance oils to your wax.
✰ Wax will remain hot for a short time after the heat has been removed.
✰ Allow the wax to solidify before moving your burner.
✰ Never pour warm wax down plug holes as this will cause a blockage.
✰ Please dispose of your wax melt correctly
✰ Wax melts are not to be consumed!
