Delivery

• At Scented Moments™ our wax is poured in small batches with many of our items being made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed before being dispatched.

• During busier periods processing time may be increased. The most up to date processing times can be found in the announcement bar at the header of the home page.

• We offer Standard delivery - 2-4 days business working days or Express Delivery - 1-2 days business working days.

•  Please note  postal strikes may impact on your expected delivery times.

• We currently ship to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only.

• Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

• We accept no responsibility for missing or stolen packages that show delivered to either the postal address or other place designated by our postage provider. 

• Undelivered items left uncollected at the post office will be returned to us. If an item is requested to be resent full postage will be charged.
