Scented Moments™ is a small business, specialising in crafting wax melts, candles and home fragrance products. We use Ecosoya Wax which is 100% natural, hand poured with a fantastic scent throw. It is vegan friendly and cruelty free, As are our Fragrances, Mica powders & Biodegradable glitters all of which are carefully sourced for their high quality and standards.

All our products are hand poured in small batches.

The description is to give the customer an idea of the scent character, not to mislead, confuse the customers or infringe on the manufacturers/designers name and valuable trademark.

• At Scented Moments™ our wax is poured in small batches with many of our items being made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed before being dispatched.
• During busier periods processing time may be increased. The most up to date processing times can be found in the announcement bar at the header of the home page.
• We offer Standard delivery - 2-4 days business working days or Express Delivery - 1-2 days business working days.
•  Please note  postal strikes may impact on your expected delivery times.
• We currently ship to UK Mainland only. Please note: Due to GPSR changes I am unable to sell/process any orders to Northern Ireland. Any orders received to Northern Ireland will be cancelled and refunded. I apologise for any inconvenience.
• Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
• We accept no responsibility for missing or stolen packages that show delivered to either the postal address or other place designated by our postage provider. 
• Undelivered items left uncollected at the post office will be returned to us. If an item is requested to be resent full postage will be charged.
